Promoted by Istituto Internazionale di Ricerca (IIR), Billing & CRM Forum’s focus is to bring on the market experiences and new business models in Billing & CRM area for energy and gas enterprises.
The event will be held in Milan at Atahotel executive and willl be focalized on two different area. During the first day, on 23th october, the main topics will be the improvement of billing business process (wortkflow management, business intelligence, ecc). On 24th October the event will be focalized on CRM process, customer experience management, web based and mobile solutions and integration systems.
