Andrea Piol
Chairman
Andrea Piol, 40 years old, lived and studied in New York, USA, for more than 5 years.
When he returned in Italy, he began his professional career in information technology market as a freelancer and then as a partner of a software company. In the same time he was studing Economics at Università 'Bocconi. He cooperated with CASPA, a research and personnel selection company operating in Information Technology and Telecommunications area.
In 1995 he worked in Oracle as Product Manager and then he became Business Development Manager of Business Intelligence area, where he developed expertise in the management of intranet and networking applications. Then in June 1999 he left this position and decided to realize its internet business idea. He created PUNTO and he was its CEO until 2001.
In March 2001, he became CEO of Bizmatica SpA, a system integrator that provides innovation and value in company business through innovative solutions and services for a strategic front office. From 2008 he is Chairman of Bizmatica Group.

Paolo Bonetto
Chief Operation Officer
Paolo Bonetto, 40 years old, after a degree in electronic engineering at Politecnico of Milan, moved to Los Angeles, where he worked in Inference Company’s R&D team for more than two years.
When he returned in Italy, he operated in Delos (Olivetti Group) as business unit manager and he was responsible in bringing in italian market Remedy Corp’ products. In next three years he has been consolidated Delos’s position in Omnitel Pronto Italy (now Vodafone), by introducing the same technology in main British banks (Barclays Bank, Abbey National, Alliance & Leicester, Halifax, etc. ..) in cooperation with Olivetti UK.
In 1997 he founded CallNet Progress (Progress Group) and he became Technical Director.
In 1999 CallNet Progress became a well-know and profitable company and joined together AMI group, leader in call center services. Paolo Bonetto worked as technical supervisor of the group.
In 2001 he joined Bizmatica as Manager of Customer Care and Call Center solutions business unit. Then he became responsible of Service Delivery business and in 2005 he became Chief Technical Officer of Bizmatica Group.
In November 2007 he was Managing Director until December 2008 when he became Chief Executive Officer of Bizmatica Group.
